How to Use This System

Choose the appropriate portal based on your role. Each portal is designed for specific user types with different authentication requirements.

🏢 Authorized Dealers

If you are an authorized Kepler dealer, you should:

  • Login to your dealer account first
  • Use the Dealer Portal for registrations and claims
  • Register products on behalf of your customers
  • Submit warranty claims directly

Required: Valid dealer login credentials

🏠 Home Owners

If you are a home owner, you will need:

  • Your 6-digit Dealer ID from your installer
  • Use the Home Owner Portal for registrations and claims
  • Register your own products
  • Submit your own warranty claims

Required: 6-digit Dealer ID (ask your installer if you don't have it)
